Hershey’s Caramel Cappuccino
Atoning for decades of stodginess, Hershey’s has been releasing new prods w/ a vengeance. None very tasty, but intriguing nonetheless if you're obsessed w/ new. One kinda-new line of bars has four perforated squares filled w/ sweet goo (most of which have been too 1-D to write about, i.e. "Double Choc" w/ zzz plain choc goo). The exception: Hershey’s Caramel Cappuccino bar. Four squares, yes. Filled w/ goo, yes. But delicious COFFEE-flavored goo. Not only duzzit support one of the foundations of NYCE, but the coffee flavor's potent & complex, almost as good as the legendary Coffee Kit Kat.

T.G., if you click on the photo, you can really see the details of the caramel. I think Twisted Link is right! Plus, you've made me want to try this. Where did you find it?
Actually, upon looking at the hi rez version, I can see that the coffee caramel is anything but potent... it's more like impotent!
Great point BK. The caramel in this photo doesn't exactly resemble the caramel on the wrapper.

m.b., i found this bar at a 7-11
the caramel IS very gooey. that's why it doesn't look like the wrapper, peanut gallery. (that and i'm an amateur food fotographer.) i prefer caramel w/ more body but the coffee flavor more than makes up for the overly-liquid state of the caramel.
NYCE is mostly about junk food. it's true that there have been more items about candy - but there's a lot of it out there that's new these days.
Dang! I've only tried the regular caramel version of this bar, but this one sounds better.
hershey changed its name this week and also doubled its stock shares. given all its enterprising innovation lately, i'm wondering if this is a good stock to buy.
