Choxie: Target chocolates
New at Target: Choxie collection, its own line of high-end chocolates w/ truffles, bites, barks, mint malt balls, & choc bars infused w/ flavors such as chipotle chili. In confections (& perfume), packaging is paramount; Target gets an A for its arresting dotted boxes in yellows, oranges, & reds. The choc's flawless, esp the ones printed w/ geometric patterns a la MarieBelle. Is MarieBelle secretly making them, maybe? All the publicist will say izzat T worked w/ "top artisan & boutique choc producers". (she’s no fun!) Look for them in every newspaper’s holiday gift roundup; they’re "affordable" too.

Hmmmm... will have to try with a glass of their Wine Cube Chard... ;-)
BTW, thx for the retro candy link. I see that they carry Coffee Crisp and Oh Henry! YUM!
lately, i'm dying for a 5th Ave bar, ever since i read cybele compare them w/ butterfingers
i did see those target wine cubes! right by the entrance. i thought they did a nice job on THAT packaging, too. have you tried it yet?
couldn't they come up with a better name? "choxie"?
perhaps, instead of a Wine Cube, you could drink Moxie with your Choxie.

Does choxie come in a boxie?
Coffee Crisps are gooood. I got some at WOrld Market which cxarries a good selection of "international" (read Canadian) stuff.
On topic, I'll have check this out fo' shoxie.
"Shoxie" - nice work, Captain!
What's left: "Choxie roxie"? I can't think of any other letters from the alphabet.
Yes, Kirk, I found them there. But, have not seen them at the World Market in Old Town.
tg... I agree... great packaging! We keep a cube in fridge... it's basic plonk chard, no wood, and good in the hot weather out of a tumbler, cafe style.
The Pinot Grigio is a waste of time, and the Cab is OK for a party box. Have not tried the Shiraz.
I should have said we have not tried the Merlot. The Cab is a Cab-Shiraz blend, typical of your average Chilean plonk.
Did you know I am a hoxie star>
I'm a famous boxie
some people think i'm foxie
I was a pretty good joxie.
I'm making this comment only by proxy

Canadians can't make Whiskey or chocolate. Discuss.
