York Choc truffle mint

Maybe you’ve heard mint is big very big this holiday season. Maybe you’ve seen the mint M&Ms. Maybe you’ve seen the trio of minis in white, milk, & dark mint choc or the nuggets, But have you seen the limited edition York choc truffle mint patties? W/ a choc ctr instedda white, see. Choc ctr = truffle, see. they’re also not quite as harshly minty as the regular Yorks. FYI, unless something revolutionary comes along, this'll be the last minty/holiday item for NYCE. Really. I mean it. No seriously.

Less intense minty flavor might be a good thing. I like Yorks but they're a bit strong for me.

I will be glad to see an end to the mint reports. There are other flavors out there.

I LOVE the evil laugh link!! Anyhow, I keep looking for all of these wild and wacky new products at my local stores, (yes, even 7-11), and have yet to find any. Only the same old tired stuff. sigh.

I saw the Cherry Kisses at the grocery store last night but didn't get them.

Another limited edition! I'm buying a couple dozen cases. In a few years, I'll sell them and buy an island where it's warm and wonderful, with no need for minty flavors. (I assume, of course, that I can find these candies at 7-Eleven.)

Terese, Terese: You are a singular person. Why waste your time with these limited-edition wannabees?

to Passing Through, thank you for passing through, but i say there can never be enough mint. now, if you're asking for more News You Can Eat about the Malt flavor, well yes, i agree, that is possibly even better than mint. but mint is still a top-10 flavor.
